The information listed below applies if you are interested in reserving just the ballroom, which includes your tables, chairs, setup of those items and most cleanup of the ballroom.
Ballroom capacities:
200 seated with dance floor
250 seated without dance floor
300 cocktail style, with dance floor
350 cocktail style, without dance floor
Rehearsals can be scheduled for $100 with a maximum of 2 hours.
This has to be scheduled in advance and can not be guaranteed on the night before the wedding.
The prices listed below do not include the $600.00 security deposit, which is fully refundable if no damage, etc. occurs during the rental.
It is refunded to you one week after your event date.
$600.00 is due at the time the contract is signed
